A new scam has been detected that uses surveys sent out by email. The surveys ask for feedback on your financial institution and asks for account information saying there is a reward for filling out the survey.

Emails requesting account verification
Emails have been sent out that appear to be from the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). In the email there is a link that the recipient is asked to click on to verify their credit union account registration. The link directs them to a fake website that asks for their account number and PIN, as well as other personal information.
