Branch Management-Perham
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the operations of a branch including developing new deposit accounts, retail business, real estate and consumer loans, underwriting, structuring and closing, as well as maintaining and servicing existing portfolios. Ensures branch facility is meeting organizational, financial, operational, service and growth plans to ensure branch success and become members' primary financial institution of choice. Two year degree in Sales, Credit or Finance, or equivalent. Three years progressively responsible supervisory/management experience in a financial institution, including three years in retail lending or deposit operations, or equivalent.

Part-Time Member Service Representatives
Perham
Responsible for assisting Credit Union members in person and on the phone. Performs member transactions and opens new accounts in a timely, accurate and courteous manner. Interviews for, closes and processes consumer loans and maintains files. Two year degree in Sales, Credit or Finance, or equivalent. Two years previous work experience in a financial institution; or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Part-Time Tellers
Perham & New York Mills
Responsible for greeting and assisting Credit Union members in person and on the phone. Performs routine member transactions in a timely, accurate and courteous manner, as well as maintaining a cash drawer. High School Diploma or equivalent; or actively pursuing a High School Diploma. Six months previous work experience in a customer service related position; or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Retail Branch Assistant - Paynesville
Maintains retail and small business loan files according to Credit Union policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations. Provides administrative support to Lenders and Branch Manager. Two year Administrative Assistant or Legal Assistant degree, or equivalent. One year experience in a financial institution or equivalent.

Member Service Representative - Paynesville
Responsible for assisting Credit Union members in person and on the phone. Performs member transactions and opens new accounts in a timely, accurate and courteous manner. Interviews for, closes and processes consumer loans and maintains files. Two year degree in Sales, Credit or Finance, or equivalent. Two years previous work experience in a financial institution; or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Credit and Collections Specialist - Melrose
Works with loan officers on adversely risk rated loan relationships through monitoring, work out, restructure, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and liquidation. Responsible for the collection of assigned delinquent accounts. Responsible for monitoring all bankruptcies, ensuring documentation is in accordance with federal, state and CMCU requirements and guidelines. Bachelors degree in Finance, Credit or related field. Two years experience in collections and bankruptcy or equivalent.

Member Service Representative - St. Joseph
Responsible for assisting Credit Union members in person and on the phone. Performs member transactions and opens new accounts in a timely, accurate and courteous manner. Interviews for, closes and processes consumer loans and maintains files. Two year degree in Sales, Credit or Finance, or equivalent. Two years previous work experience in a financial institution; or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
